About the role

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Business Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing clear and structured documentation for developers, supporting project teams, and ensuring that the solutions we build truly address client needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality digital solutions across e-government, enterprise, telecom, and product domains.

Key responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and documentation
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification) documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood by development, QA, and design teams
• Stakeholder communication and alignment
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand needs, pain points, and expectations
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Negotiate priorities, scope, and timelines to achieve a balanced and feasible solution
• Business process analysis and improvement
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization or automation opportunities
  • Develop process models, use cases, and recommendations that support more efficient workflows
  • Test and evaluate business processes, ensuring proposed changes deliver measurable improvements
• Project support and collaboration
  • Support project managers in planning, scoping, and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UI/UX, Product owners) to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles as needed
• Adaptability and ownership
  • Operate confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and completeness of all documentation and analysis

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within IT/software development
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of requirements analysis techniques, process modeling, and documentation standards (use cases, user stories, BPMN, etc.)
• ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP certifications (or ongoing preparation) will be considered a strong advantage
